What happens if my item doesn't sell?

If your item doesn't sell within the agreed-upon 2-month duration stated in the terms, Luxe Consign offers two options: we can either return your item to you or adjust our strategy by modifying the selling price and extending the agreement period.

Can I book an appointment to drop off my items?

We highly encourage Perth locals to schedule an appointment with us. This allows us to provide clear and transparent guidance throughout the consignment process. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and positive experience. We strive to deliver the same level of service to any other fashionistas living all around Australia by maintaining the line communication all throughout.

How does Luxe Consign ensure that the items are certified authentic?

We utilise Entrupy, an app that is an authentication solutions for luxury goods. Entrupy has been designed to prevent the sale and purchase of counterfeit items. We ensure that all items we receive are all authentified and genuine before they are displayed online.

 

Can I return purchased items? 

Please note that we do not accept returns on purchased items related to a change of mind. We advise buyers to carefully consider their purchases prior finalising them.
